We have our own recipe of Kahk, butter based in the dough. It is irresistible cookie. Kahk can be stuffed with Turkish delight (Malban), sticky sweet date paste (Agwa), honey & sesame seeds (agameya walnuts) plain nuts like walnuts and pistachios or simply served plain.
